The Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics (CING) and TELETHON have appointed Purpose Communications as their Communications Consultant for 2023, responsible for the design and implementation of distinct yet integrated communications strategies.
In the context of this collaboration, which is effective as of the 1st of January 2023, and drawing from its longstanding experience, Purpose Communications has undertaken the task of developing the strategic communications campaign plan for CING and TELETHON in Cyprus, which includes among others a range of offline and online communications and Public Relations services, support in events organisation, content development, key stakeholders’ relations and other. In addition, Purpose as the Communications Consultant will provide press office services to CING and TELETHON.
The Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics upholds an important and active role as a regional centre providing exceptional medical, research and academic services with unique laboratory infrastructures in Cyprus and the region, in the fields of neurology, genetics and biomedical science. TELETHON is the international annual fundraising institution which started in the USA and quickly expanded to many European countries, mobilising hundreds of thousands of volunteers and raising awareness among millions of people around the world. Its main purpose is to raise funds supporting patients and research in identifying the most effective treatment of neuromuscular, genetic, and other diseases.
