Giving back to the community lies at the heart of our company’s core values. We believe in a fair open fully informed and democratic society, and therefore we use our talents and experience in the service of mentoring, advising, and championing knowledge towards civil society organisations.
Purpose Academy is an initiative that enables charities and not-for-profit organisations to upskill their employees and volunteers to run their own successful PR/Public Affairs/Advocacy campaigns.
The programme will run on a 6-month basis and will be completely pro bono. It will consist both of monthly workshops led by our team across a range of PR and digital marketing disciplines, along with bi-monthly 1-2-1 communications sessions.
There are 3 places available for those looking to learn how to strengthen their communications strategy and brand positioning. Local Charities and Civil Society Organisations will be invited on a 6-month programme, on a pro-bono basis.
The program is open to local charities and civil society organisations (CSO) in Cyprus. There are 3 spots available for CSOs wishing to upscale their employees’ and volunteers’ skills. Our experts will work with teams from each selected organisation on their public affairs and public relations skills and processes.
Participating CSOs will be invited to a monthly workshop on a different communications and public affairs discipline. In addition, on a bi-monthly basis the charities will have a 1-2-1 with a member of our expert team about a certain skill they want to perfect (writing a press release, social media management, advocacy, event organizing etc.)
The programme will feature sessions from the Purpose Communications team as well as selected key industry experts.
