Purpose Communications honored at the 9th Corporate Volunteering and Social Contribution Awards

With great pride, Purpose Communications was awarded the "Corporate Volunteering Award" at the 9th Corporate Volunteering and Social Contribution Awards, organized by the Pancyprian Volunteerism Coordinative Council. The award ceremony was held at the Presidential Palace on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, to mark International Volunteer Day. The President of the Republic of Cyprus, His Excellency Mr. Nikos Christodoulides, presented the award to Mr. Dimitris Ioannides, Founder and CEO of Purpose Communications.

Purpose Academy is an innovative initiative to enhance the capabilities and impact of charitable and nonprofit organizations in Cyprus. Through specialized workshops, the team at Purpose Communications, in collaboration with other communication professionals, trains representatives of participating organizations in areas such as Public Relations, Digital Communication, Storytelling, Media Relations, Advocacy/Fundraising, Event Management, and more. The program has received an overwhelmingly positive response, highlighting the need to empower civil society by providing strategic communication tools for sustainable development. Currently, the second cycle of Purpose Academy is underway, with interest in future cycles exceeding all expectations.
