Purpose Communications designed and delivered a truly original concept, transforming a corporate milestone into a cultural moment. By fusing historical storytelling with cutting-edge tech, we helped Prognosys celebrate the past and signal its ambitions for the future.

  • Narrative-led conceptualisation: We developed a thematic framework around the founding year, 2004 — integrating cultural, tech, and political milestones into the creative direction. This lens allowed us to highlight how Prognosys emerged during a year of global transformation, positioning its success as part of a broader innovation narrative.
  • Tone and message strategy: We aligned the emotional tone of the event with brand attributes: resilient, pioneering, trusted. This influenced the tone of voice for all scripts, media materials, and speeches — ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Guest profiling: We worked with Prognosys to analyse its stakeholder map, tailoring guest lists, messaging tiers, and experience design to resonate with key clients, partners, media, and employees.

  • Visual identity development: Purpose designed a bespoke visual system for the event, inspired by early-2000s digital motifs fused with modern minimalist design. This branding extended across print, signage, social content, and presentation decks.
  • Coffee table book as core brand asset: We conceived, curated, and produced “Foundations of the Future: The Story of 2004”, not just as a souvenir, but as a storytelling vehicle. From editorial direction and interviews to layout and print supervision, we managed the entire lifecycle of this premium piece.
  • Media Relations strategy: We prepped the ground for post-event exposure by developing media kits, securing coverage commitments, and preparing spokesperson materials. This allowed for an integrated campaign that spanned the event day and follow-up weeks.

  • Screen-Based spatial storytelling: Purpose, designed a series of animated visual narratives displayed on strategically placed screens throughout the venue. These animations echoed the core theme — connecting 2004 to 2024 — and served as dynamic storytelling elements that guided guests through key chapters of Prognosys’s journey. The motion design was carefully timed and sequenced to complement the event’s flow, creating an immersive digital backdrop that brought the story to life without disrupting the venue's elegance.
  • Immersive hologram experience: We transformed the CEO’s traditional speech into a cinematic journey using three holographic projection points placed in different venue corners. Guests moved between them to hear a continuous narrative told in three parts — blending reflection, humour, and vision. Purpose-led scripting, filming, and production of this one-of-a-kind format.
  • Personalized digital activation: Each guest received a limited-edition coffee table book with a concealed QR code. When scanned, it launched a short holographic thank-you from CEO Elias Afxentiou, turning print into a private, tech-enhanced moment.
  • Full sensory experience coordination: Beyond screens, we worked closely with lighting and AV teams to ensure a seamless blend of video, sound, and ambient mood — creating a warm, sophisticated setting that still reflected the company’s digital-forward brand.

  • Real-time content capture: A dedicated content crew (managed by Purpose) shot footage for social, internal, and press use — ensuring the event’s story extended well beyond one night.
  • Retrospective video production: We storyboarded, produced, and premiered a short documentary mapping the company’s evolution from 2004 to 2024, screened at the event and repurposed for digital use.
  • Post-event publicity: We executed a targeted media strategy post-event, securing features in key business media and lifestyle platforms, helping to reinforce the brand’s narrative in the public sphere.
  • Legacy content planning: We worked with Prognosys’s internal team to repackage assets from the event for use across LinkedIn, recruitment materials, and stakeholder comms — building long-term value from a single activation.
