Public Relations Manager

  • Plan, implement and manage public relations programs 
  • Contributes towards developing the client’s communications strategy. 
  • Leads or participates in brainstorming sessions and comes up with innovative, workable ideas.
  • Manages multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
  • Provides strategic counsel to clients to aid their wider comms/marketing campaigns
  • Drives client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
  • Works closely with Account Managers, Account Executives and Account Directors on day-to-day operational processes 
  • Works closely with Account Managers, Account Executives and Account Directors to determine root causes for customer success or failure and drives requirements for service or process enhancement and development as needed
  • Partners with internal cross-functional teams to understand client goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaigns
  • Prepares campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research
  • Shares market intelligence with clients to influence communication strategies
  • Identifies and offers solutions to client communication’s problems/issues
  • Provides input on new processes and workflows as needed
  • Focuses on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight
  • Continually improves media relations and knowledge of the media landscape to enrich client results through increased media coverage and in safeguarding the client’s reputation in times of crisis
  • Communicates effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed
  • Seeks opportunities to grow business with existing clients.


  • 3-5 previous working experience as Public Relations specialist
  • MA/BSc/BA in PR, communications, journalism or similar relevant field
  • A proven track record of successful PR campaigns 
  • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
  • Attention to details
  • Strong desktop research skills
  • Exceptional verbal, writing and presentation development skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize deliverables and work under pressure within tight deadlines.
  • PC literate, proficient in MS Office.
  • Fluent in Greek and English (verbal and writing)
